Exceptionally comfortable venue, fresh food, marvellous location by tram. Location near accessible establishment, the city center, and the garden where guests can stay for sun baths...
Beds were small.

The rooms here were awesome, they even had hypo-allergenic pillows which was a nice touch. the service was top-notch, and we even got our clothes ironed for free, a great little extra! 🌟

Elevated luxury design: The use of natural materials like Carrara marble, oak, and velvet in the contemporary design of the guest house truly creates an atmosphere of pampering and elegance. It's like stepping into a sleek, modern art exhibition that just happens to be your accommodation.
Glass-separated bathrooms: Some may find the dark, frosted glass walls that separate the bathrooms from the sleeping areas not providing complete privacy.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful guest house in Milan. The room was spacious and modern, and the entire property was clean and comfortable. The host, Marta, was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even booked tickets for us in advance and provided tram tickets for our convenience. The breakfast spread was delicious and well catered. Despite not being located near the main attractions, it was easy to reach them using the nearby tram or metro stops. it was a great value option and I would definitely return.

We had a fantastic weekend at the guest house. The contactless check-in was convenient, and the room had a stylish and cosy feel. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax, and the owner made us feel warmly welcome, even though our interactions were virtual. Despite the small size, our well-equipped room had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with the city center, train station, and great restaurants just a short distance away. a unique and enjoyable stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy and stylish design of the room. It had a warm and welcoming ambiance that made us feel at home. The bed was comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were provided, such as bottled water and toiletries. the breakfast area downstairs was a great spot to start the day, with access to a lovely garden. This added touch of nature was refreshing and enjoyable.
One major drawback was the location of the hotel. The nearest metro stations were not within easy walking distance, making it inconvenient for exploring the city.

Marta and her mother were the warmest, kindest, and most generous B&B proprietors. Exquisitely designed rooms, convenient location, and fresh breakfast.
Felt at ease, nothing to complain about.

We had a romantic escape and loved the modern and stylish room. The bed was super comfortable, and the linen was clean. The bathroom was well-designed and functional. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center by tram or bike. The breakfast had a good variety of cheeses and bread, and the cappuccino was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The walls were thin, and we could hear the tram passing by, which could be disturbing for light sleepers. , the bathroom had frosted glass walls that didn't completely block out silhouettes, which might not be ideal for some guests seeking more privacy.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
